I already contacted Zazzle support for two times regarding the IRS case with Zazzle sending the wrong 1042 -S from 2021 that is not the same as the one I received from them, but still no answer.... I hope I can get some help here, maybe? I am a platinum designer, so I should have access to Elite Pro Support, but I still don't receive any answer from Zazzle

Unfortunately, I am not receiving any response from the customer service anymore, I only received one generic answer.... And, today I got information from the IRS that they can't even find the 1042 -S from 2021 on my name, and that it seems that Zazzle hasn't even sent it.
Because of this problem, the IRS is holding my tax refund for year 2022., and will probably hold the refund for 2023.... I kindly ask someone from Zazzle to take this problem seriously.
It is really the shame that I have to ask these questions here, on public forum, because I am only receiving generic answers from the support.
