Extended Return Policy

Just noticed the return policy this afternoon.

I don't know if in the past this was the same or not, but starting October 6th this year, anything purchased between Oct 6th and December 31st can be returned up until January 31st 2026. (so items purchased in October can be returned almost 4 months later..). So expect the unexpected, I guess.

1. Royalties will clear as they always did

2. If the customer cancels after you have been paid for that sale, zazzle will take it away from your next month's payment or if you haven't earned enough then - it will wait until you do.

I've had sales cancelled after a year and Zazzle got their money back from future payments.

1. So the royalties will still clear after 30 days since purchase or we'll have to wait until next year for any payments? 🙄

2. But if the royalties still clear after 30 days and then a customer cancels an order 2 months later, but you already received a payment including those royalties, will they be withheld from future sales that we make? Also 🙄

Good questions!  I was wondering the same thing.

I see. I do hope however customers won't cancel after 2-3 months, but we never know.

Thanks, Sara.
