Looks good. At the end of the article, you have a click here link. I clicked that, expecting it to bring me back here, but no. That thing is still spinning, saying "connecting with Zazzle".

I also do Postcrossing!

Looks cool but a bit confusing. The post talks about updating your profile image, and the link provided to assets sizes gives the size for a store logo but not for a profile image. Should they be the same size?

Hi @buxmontweb , so this would be the logo image thats on that help page. We're referring to it now as your profile/store image/logo. Apologies for the confusion! Added in logo to be less confusing. 😁

I find this confusing because I and my single store are one and the same: "We think it would be better if the two were different because this will help differentiate your profile as a Creator, from your Store." Maybe my confusion is because I don't do products where there's likely to be much, if any, interaction. In other words, I don't do weddings and invitations.

Hi @Barbara, so for all Creators who have one store or more under their Creators profile, this would be beneficial for sure. Our aim here is to differentiate between the Creator and their store in most cases. So add a personal touch to your profile, be it a portrait, a drawing, a bitmoji, illustration etc. Once it is humanizing you as a creator while having say a logo on your store😁

@JamesI get what you're saying, but I've a sense that those who purchase from me never go to my store; rather, they find me either in the marketplace or on Pinterest, look at the product page, perhaps look at associated collections, and then buy or sail away. I could be wrong, of course, and it certainly would do no harm to have a logo for my store and a representative image of me. One of these days I might come up with a way to represent myself.

Hi,

Thanks for being transparent with regards to how you choose to promote particular shops/designers. Please can you consider allowing your anonymous designers the chance to be highlighted and to connect with their customers and give them the chance to find greater success working with Zazzle as well? I am sure we would love the opportunity to find ways to connect with our customers too and there are plenty of ways we could do so.

Thank you
