I don't think instant downloads should be refundable.

The first instant download cancellation and I'm pulling all my download products.

I've had more cancellations than I've ever had since they started the instant downloads. I cancelled all instant downloads from my listings as well.  People are using my work to create on other platforms.  The instant downloads pulled the thieves to the platform and they are making good use of it.  😞

Just wanted to ask if when person buys downloadable item and selects pdf, can they still edit that pdf in their computer or not? As this can bring up another issue of editing it for multiple person. I know that it says for personal use only and that it is a breach of license than which brings legal consequences but still asking?

once people buy the item they can do whatever they want with it. There are alot of people out there that do not abide by licenses

I just want to say that I am LOVING the digital downloads feature. Most days I'm getting around 2-3 orders of digital products per day, and in almost all cases, I make more than I would have if they'd bought the physical product. I'm a VERY happy camper, and hoping that the availability will expand to more products - top on my list would be foam core boards, enclosures, RSVP cards, magnetic cards & invites, and thank you cards. 

Still wondering what happens if/when someone needs help customizing a design after purchase. Does it work the same way as helping a customer before purchase? Can we trade share links? Is the collaborate feature available? Any clues someone could provide would be most appreciated.

Hey Scott,

Now that downloads have launched and are gaining traction, I feel like they should NOT go on sale. EVER! They are already sooooo cheap, that when they go on half price sale and are purchased, we designers are really missing out on royalties. I don't think that the difference in price between a full and half priced digital download would make a difference in sales volume (not enough to worry about, anyway) as the customers are getting such a discount over printed products. But the COST TO DESIGNER REVENUE IS HUGE when it comes to WEDDING INVITATIONS. So those stores that are very invested in weddings are starting to see losses already.

I have not been working much on Zazzle for a long time. But plan to soon. With digital downloads I would like to create designs specifically for digital downloading. Does any one know if you can specifiy which designs are digitally downloadable?
