Feedback for New Product: Pet Bandanas

Hi all, 

We're so excited to bring you more products for our fur friends. Check out the Pet Bandana collar we just announced, here and let us know what you think.

The previews are struggling with alignment. Here's the view in the Design Tool of sample text I angled as parallel as I could to the green line.

And here's how it looks in the Front and Corner previews at all three sizes.

I had the very same problem. I fiddled and fiddled with the rotation, but to no avail.

I commented on this in the announcement thread, but perhaps this is a better place. The department includes nothing for bandanas, and "Home & Living > Pet Supplies > Cat Supplies > Collars, Harnesses & Leashes > Collars" is just plain off the mark. "Bandanas" should probably be added since a bandana is not a collar, harness, or leash. Also, the description mentions only dogs, totally ignoring cats.

1 - The preview doesn't seem to reflect the artboard.

2 - And I am not sure the PDF guide files are accurate:

Using the small bandana as an example. the dimensions are supposed to be 15x 9.5 cm, but I see 14.04  x 9.46 for the cut area dimensions

The triangle for the bleed space has a different angle vs the cut area and save area.

I love the idea, execution is, meh.  Those kind of pet bandana's are meant to go on the dog's existing collar.  The price point would be so much better for people if they could just purchase the scarf part, with the collar being optional.  Plus, as someone who buys a lot of dog banadanas, I don't want a lot of black collars lying around my house because it's wasteful.

I created one on the large size and when you change size in the dropdown, the design is not copying over to the medium sized (it's copying over to the small ok)

And if I created on the small one - that also doesn't copy over to the medium (copying over to the large ok)

If you create on the medium first - that copies over to the small and large.

And when you try and download product images for the medium sized - only the corner one is available - not the full flat medium bandana

On the small/large - you get the option to download "Front" which is the full flat bandana

Didn't know whether to put this in technical?
