Today I "accidentally" saw them on my phone while checking Zazzle.  When I came home and strted up the PC which I work on, there are no notifications.  

Is there an answer here.  I use chrome on the pc and phone.  Works on the phone only.  Does not work on Apple ipad on safari.  Please give me suggestions what to do

I use Firefox (works in Chrome as well btw) and I can see notifications on some pages. When you are logged into your Zazzle account, you can just go directly to the zazzle.com home page and you should see your avatar at the top right. Left to your avatar should be the Bell Icon with notifications.

Notifications don't work on the Earnings pages in your account. They do however appear on the Products page and store pages in your account.


Suggestion

If you had looked into the bell to see the individual notifications while on your phone you've effectively looked at them already. The bell will not tell you there are new notifications on your computer because there is nothing "new" for you to see.

I found the answer to my problem of not seeing Notifications on the PC.  I changed browsers from Chrome to Microsoft Edge (which isn't my favorite).  Now I get them as they appear on the PC.  Love it.  Wonder what the problem was with Chrome, a whole other fish to fry

Well I use Chrome browser on laptop and they show up for me 😊

I really like the notifications.  Just recently I started receiving notifications for particular products that need optimized. Sometimes it will be for only one product.  It would be really helpful if when we clicked on the notification it would take us to that product.  The latest one I received I can't find that product in my store even though I do remember making it  I cannot find it anywhere.  So I just have to give up.  I have spent quite a bit of time looking. Most products I have been able to find but it takes some time.  When I click on the link now it just takes me to all products that need optimization.  I have thousands that need optimization so if can take awhile to find them sometimes.

Simply stop sending the automatic notifications to the new "Bell" at the top of our Zazzle pages would solve everyone's confusion. Even with the notifications grouped, I am getting 5-10 a day and I don't have that many "Need Opitimization" products. I am an adult an perfectly capable of handling my necessary updates.

It's so helpful to have these notifications. I can't believe Zazzle took so long to activate them.

Also, the new editing an existing design is just so much easier, and  really great to download artwork/product mock ups etc. Saves a lot of faffing around. Thank You.

I really like the new notifications. What I like most about it is that it includes the product image, when I make a sale, get a like etc. I can quickly scroll through them and see which products have been sold and liked.

I love getting up and seeing what has been sold during the night, I live in Spain. It's a really nice way to start the day and helps me plan my work. Lately I'm adding cover photos to my products when they've just been sold and coincidentally or not, they receive likes the days after and I can check it with notifications 😁. I have already mentioned it, but for me it would also be good to be notified by the returns and not go crazy looking for what was returned while I was sleeping and at a glance to know if that person has bought again. Sometimes I see that the total number of my sales is lower than the day before, and the money is higher... What happened? Obviously someone canceled and someone bought for a higher amount, ok, but I want to know what happened... Sometimes when I see that the client changed the format, or the type of paper or anything else, I think... this is not it's going to work, it's going to cancel when I receive it and it's usually like this... I want to know.

I have looked at notifications a bit now. Would it be possible to somehow separate different types of notifications? For example a sales notification could stay white, while a notification of a Product Like could be a different color or have a symbol added. Same with notifications for product which need optimizing. Right now it is hard to differentiate between them and with the amount of notifications I get I might miss one about optimizing products.

Very glad we have this feature; it's always exciting to see a bit of news about sales, likes, etc.  And to have it on this site, not cluttering up my email, which is already nearly full.  Just one thing I'd like to change. When I get a note that another artist has liked one of my products and I click on the note, I'd like to go to the other artist's profile rather than to my product.  I already know what my product looks like.  I want to check out the other artist's work, perhaps drop a like or two of my own, maybe even send a thank you message.

I am still receiving notifications of products being liked, but they never show up in the products stats. I have looked at followers and have found some of my products have been liked, but again these do not show in the products stats.  According to my store stats, it appears I haven't received any likes for a year or more. Can this be looked into? Please.  This issue has been brought up before, but with no response.

I missed addressing the above to you. Today I received a notification of a Like. On February 14, I received 4 such notifications. There have been others but I have not bothered to keep track.  None show in the backend product stats. Thank you.

Another "Like" notification received with no update to Stats. Are any other stats inaccurate also?

Sorry for missing this @JLynnW . Can you confirm if these Likes have shown up on the products stats yet? Or do you believe this is still a problem? Tysm.

James, thank you for responding. It is still a problem. For the past 2+ years no likes have shown up on the products stats. I was taking screenshots of the notifications of Likes, but I have since giving up, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Notifications haven't been available on my site since February. I have already sent screenshots etc. What is the purpose of announcing a useful feature and then it not to work? I understand that this has to be balanced with customer issues, but 4 months..?

@James not receiving any on-site notifications as the icon has disappeared for me. I have reported this but no updates as yet. Feeling left out on all the fun

Hi Sara, I'm assuming this has been resolved for you? PLease note notifications are only viewable on .com and not international domains. I feel like we might have emailed about this, but I want to be sure.

Just got a notification that so-and-so-designer has a new collection, but when I click on it, I get a sorry-no-results page.  This has happened to me several times, and it's annoying.  But not as annoying as when I create a collection and then have to wait HOURS or even DAYS for it to be created.  This seriously interrupts my workflow: I create a collection when I have several products that look like they belong together, and being unable to add more than one of them to the new collection breaks my concentration, and may even cause me to forget entirely what I was doing....  If you could speed up the collection-creation process, that would be excellent.  If not, could you just delay that notice until the designer has put a few products into the collection, so I'm not seeing that blasted "no results".
