Foam Core Boards are Sold Out... again. Should I worry?

It seems like this product isn't very reliable. They're SUPER popular for wedding signs, so I've made a ton of them, but they seem to be suffering from all sorts of problems. So many reports of damaged boards, and it's really disconcerting that they seem to be out of stock all the time. Is there something we should know here? I'm starting to get spooked about designing for this particular product.
Wondering which other products y'all use for wedding signs - just regular posters? banners? yard signs? pedestal signs? I'd love to hear what's working for other designers in this department.

Note that I have only designed one or two... but they are on the to-do list.
But my thoughts are... 1. They are popular. 2. The Maker may be a little overwhelmed. 3. Zazzle will find another maker or become the maker if the product is popular enough. 4. Just keep doing what you are doing. Zazzle will find the fix in order to keep the sales rolling.
