Hello dear Community, why does Forums seem so quiet these days .... I mean no new or engaging topic, mostly old threads are revived or new launches to read ...

Is everyone busy for Holidays as Christmas is approaching ?

I think its first time in last 5-6 years that I haven't sold any Holiday themed item or gift yet, cause this is usually the high time when people are shopping for Christmas ....

How is your sales scenario going ? Please chime in with whats new happening ... on and off the Zazzle ....

I am starting to sell gift wrap so I think the holiday shopping has started.

This sounds hopeful 🙂

Slow, but with more movement than in previous months. Sales of single units—hoping the goal is to check quality or something similar, rather than to photocopy or scan and share online.

Nothing exciting happening here. My last sale was a lapel pin on the 9th. Cool because it's the first sale for that product, but no big buck$ and not to one of the four states I am still waiting to fill-in.

If the forums seem quieter than usual maybe that's a good thing meaning there aren't many technical hiccups to post about. 😉

I began selling a variety of Christmas/holiday items starting in mid October. And it’s been a slow but steady stream of holiday-related sales since then. I put a lot of effort into adding new holiday items to my shop, creating cover photos for each product, and optimizing holiday products that didn’t sell last year.

Christmas sales started popping up for me at the end of October.  Since then I have sold Christmas shirts, a tree skirt, mugs, an apron, some ornaments, throw pillows, gift tags, and a few other non Christmas related items. I hope it keeps up, especially after the slow May to September that seemed to want to linger a bit too long. For now, I am working on a few more Christmas related items and planning my ideas, designs, and inventory for 2025.

I don’t have a ton of explicitly holiday items, but I think I started to see a dribble of items that are likely going to be gifts start last week.

I'm like you, @PenguinPower , in that I don't have that many designs dedicated to Christmas, or any other holiday for that matter. However, I'm seeing sales such as calendars that are most likely Christmas gifts.

Sold three baseballs today. Hope this is the start of the holiday season, cause it's been pretty poor this month so far.

I mostly do weddings, so this time of year is always slow for me. That being said, I've sold more Christmas stuff than usual - mostly cards, stickers, address labels etc. I don't design much general-purpose merchandise (think Christmas gifts) but I have had a few random sales of that sort of thing. Every year when my holiday lull happens, I kick myself for not diversifying and making more things to shore up sales during this time of year, but I just never seem to find the time!

What  interesting happened is that, I just got my first Christmas item sold ... its a Holiday dinner menu!

I have added a lot of new gift items and wrappings ... just hope the Holiday sales to pick up now ...

I notice a considerable increase in daily views as compared to earlier months .... but sales are still low !

I miss last year's November so much

Well..if you want to know-- the less than exciting sales by Zazzle seem off this year. There are no 50 percent off posts--the holiday card sales are very much down. There is nothing to write about because not much is happening in my store. It seems every other on-line store is giving 50% on many items. Not sure what Zazzle personal is thinking.  Maybe they are waiting for the real Black Friday day.  At that point it's a bit late for holiday cards, especially if local stores want to sell them. Anyway, that's my 2-cents.
