Many of us have been effected at one time or another with the removal of the "Visit Site" button from our Shared pins from Zazzle. We've been told we were a part of a test and all we needed to do was write to Pinterest to be removed from being part of their test. But that isn't the entire answer. I have noticed in the past week or so that regardless of the royalty I set for a product, the price of the product doesn't have any of the discounts Zazzle used to offer with various promotional discount codes depending on the time frames that discount was set for (10%, 15%, 20% etc.) So every day in the past week, a wide range of products had no discounts - Which is why I believe sales have dropped. I took some shots of my screen with different types of products having no discounts, but can't seem to be able to upload them. Types of product with no discounts: invitations, napkins, favor boxes, bottle labels, foam boards (party supplies in general). All I can see with some discounts still are glasses and binders (feel free to add). I don't get many sales daily, but having no sales in the past few days is odd to say at least even for me so I think it has something to do with the discounts. I wonder if the situation will remain as it is (wide range of products with no discounts) or (hopefully) it is something temporary. Any thoughts?

Please, I saw that there is also someone here who contacted me as customer service to receive my updated W8 which was then not accepted and I saw that he is also a moderator. I am grateful if I can receive an explanation. I sent my completed form several times, it was never accepted. I asked for clarity as to why the form was not being accepted, obviously to see where I was going wrong. No response. The first time I sent it, I filled it out exactly as they accepted it the first time. Instead, the first time they accepted it, now they didn't. Submitted my form other times, no good. My last submission, this morning, I filled: Income Type: "copyright royalties" Additional Conditions : Beneficial owner is a resident of Italy earning copyright royalties for use of artwork and not subject to tax under US/Italy tax treaty terms of 0% withholding rate for art related copyright royalties. The article and paragraph number : 12(3). Again I did not understand why the form was not accepted, I specified that it is Royalties for art work, that I fall as beneficial owner under the tax treaty US/ Italy and that the rate is precisely 0%. As income is not good if I add: Copyright Royalties for Artwork. It is not good if I enter only Royalties. I ask: How can this be? Don't I have to give answer to the kind of income I receive? And isn't the income I receive as Royalties? Is it not Royalties as Artwork? And in Additional Conditions, am I not the one beneficial owner resident of Italy earning copyright royalties for use of artwork and not subject to tax under US/Italy tax treaty terms of 0% withholding rate for art related copyright royalties? If I specified the all why is it not accepted? I submitted the form several times. No explanation but I am asked if I want to join the 30% taxation. I have been stuck for more than a month. Should I then no longer receive my earnings? The email I receive is always the same: " We have received your form and it is filled out enough to be accepted for your account under the Standard IRS tax rate of 30%. However, we need further information before we can send your form for processing. If you would like to go fill out the form further to receive a lower tax rate according to tax treaty between the USA and your country of residence, please provide the following information: - Please note the provided paragraph doesn’t apply to the services that you are applying on Zazzle and there may be another part of the paragraph that pertains to the work that is being performed. If you have any specific questions you should consult with your tax professional. ... " I ask for an explanation please, to understand what I should write. This must be New or rolling out now... Just spotted a New Design Tool Layout when clicking Personalize on Invitations. A different window opened up. Then typed in Playing Cards, and Business Cards. Same new layout template look for each of them! Has tabs for Front, Back, Options and Review... ETA: Noticed this new template layout for Post Cards also. Looks nice. New look customers will see. Looks similar to other sites over years for cards...

Is it possible that now the royalties summary is what’s not updating? I have the habit of writing down the royalties summary figures every day, and although there was a sale today for a small amount and it does appear in the history, the numbers I noted haven’t changed. If it were due to a return, the amount would normally change, so I almost rule that out. Has anyone else noticed this?

That is a question! 😉 I have a few products with one sale that haven´t gotten any views in months. I want to clean up my store but am quite apprehensive about deleting these designs. I read that it may bring my Zazzle score down, etc. I wonder what is your experience? Do you remove these designs or hide them? Is removing previously sold designs affecting the visibility of your shop or is that an urban legend?:)

It seems to be a recurring issue that when customers select a smaller product size on the product page, they often don’t realize this will also reduce the font size. As a result, they later complain that the text is difficult to read. Would it be possible for Zazzle to add a pop-up note or similar warning when they change size to let customers know that choosing a smaller product size will also make the text smaller, and that they may need to adjust the font size accordingly?

I am a Zazzle artist from Pakistan and I have not received my first payment check. My payment check was cleared on September 5, 2023, but I have not received it yet. I contacted Zazzle support about this issue and they issued a new check on October 31, 2023. However, I have still not received the check. I live in a rural area of Pakistan where only government mail arrives. Private mails arrive at a village 20 km away. Additionally, Zazzle's check provider, Bill.com, does not work in Pakistan. Also, Paypal is not available. I am very concerned about this issue and I would appreciate your help in resolving it. Please advise me on how I can receive my payment check.

Hi All, I saw all of my guest books have notification of discontinued product options. But when I check the product pages, it looks normal and no discontinued mark as usually. Is Guest Book Really Discontinued? Please advise, thanks.
