Zazzle refferals

Another month passed by and I wasn't paid the referrals. Contacted the Zazle support with no reply. Did I miss something? Shouldn't it be automatically added to your regular payment? Does someone have the same problem?

Doesnt happend for me. When payments  goes to my account, My refferals doesnt move at all. Still there, and Zazzle support doesnt bother to reply...

@moni21  What date were your referrals? July's payment will be for cleared earnings/referrals for May. If your referrals were dated after this time they will probably go into August's payment (which will be for any cleared sales/refs made in June).

I've not seen any problem with referrals not being paid if they are owed

I dont have problems with royalities being paid every month, just the refferals are the problem here.

Your royalties and referrals are all lumped together in your one monthly payment - they don't separate them for payments.

No, they dont add them to the payment. My paymen goes to my account two monts without cleared up refferals🤷 

Why don't you give Zazzle a call and have them review your payments and referral amounts, if they are not responding to your email.

My referrals are always paid along with my royalty - not separately.

@moni21  That's by design - the money in the Referral Reports will never "move" anywhere. At the end of the month It's paid with your royalties.

The Referral Reports are just a record of your self referrals which needs to be listed separately (for reasons) but IS paid to you and you'll see the same amounts in your Earnings History (which is where payments are made from)
