Hey you guys I'm just joining in to get some help on how to be able to better improve as a beginner as an artist to paint a drawer it's really nice to be able to do this it's fun and entertaining but I also found myself that through this venue it's been tough and challenging such as the product IDs being tracked back to my account has been the most difficult to be able to understand I know I've been through the automated chat system the automated give me your picture a way to describing what product you're trying to tell me and it seems like it gets lost in translation so I'm just wondering if I'm the only one here or what happens I mean I've contacted the company has been very nice they've been very polite but it seems like they quite don't understand what I'm trying to tell them that they need to update or refresh or regenerate or produce or better about the products and product IDs tracking back to my account to be properly allocated in the right amount anybody please help?

May I make a suggestion to you? If you are a non-English native speaker don't use chatGTP to write your posts or descriptions for your products. What you have left us to read above is not helping you at all. There is no punctuation or sentence structures in your post. Your post reads as if you wrote in a translator and then ran the results through chatGPT. 

Try using a language translator to rewrite the post with your question and try again. Give us your questions in normal sentences and maybe someone can help you. 😊
