Getting complaints about foam board signs arriving damaged

Hi, in the last three weeks I had three customers complaining of getting their foam board signs damaged. They were all very distressed as now they don't have enough time to get a replacement before their event. Maybe there is a need to add more protection so foam boards can stand the shipping abuse? ...Just a heads up to Zazzle about this!

When I searched "foam boards" it wasn't included on the results list but searching just "damaged"  it came up as the second suggested result. Go figure. I only found it because I knew it was out there somewhere. 😉
