Getting Runaround From Support

Two weeks ago I contacted Z support telling them I did not receive my January check, was told they are in the "process of investigating". Contacted support again today saying I still have no check and have no idea what Z is doing about it. Got a reply back saying another request has been sent to "investigate this matter".  Huh?? What are you doing Zazzle about getting me the money I'm owed?

I just noticed in my "Payments History" that the check has been canceled. So what's going on?

So glad to hear you got your check and thank you for letting us know it worked out. It is always disconcerting when I hear a long-time Zazzler hasn't been paid.
