Can I sell any item on Zazzle like  Gift Set: Bar Tray, Glasses & 28 oz. Decanter ?

I am pretty sure that those are Artisan products, which we can't design on, but we can earn referrals affiliating for them.

How do I incorporate them to my website?

In general you would add them in the same way you add any other product to your website.  When I affiliated I took screenshots and edited the images a bit if I needed to for sizing, etc and then linked them using the url with my affiliate code on it.    I am not sure exactly what you are looking at in regards to the gift sets, but that is the way I would most likely do it.
