Has the tissue paper been discontinued?

I see on the 10 lb tissue paper Zazzle box says it is discontinued. but when I click on the 10x14, 14x20, 18x24, 21x29, it does not say discontinued. So, what do we do? Do I have to redo all my tissue paper and choose the sizes not discontinued? Is the tissue paper still a product we can sell I hope, so I really liked the tissue paper.

I am getting sold out on the tissue paper when I click on them.

I was on chat and they said they are out of papers. One of the worst times but no time is a good time lol

I chatted with Rex on Z said that you all were our of paper. This is at the worst time although no time is a good time. I had just hit my highest ever on the 9th in sales. I know that this has happened before but I really pray that this isn't going to be a long ordeal. I have customers messaging me and handling it the best I can. I will be making an announcement on my page today to inform my loyal customers. Although there are 1000's that I have no idea how to contact. 

I really wish that Z would allow a way to contact our customers. Or with each sale, in their order, place our email address or contact information. 

I do have it set up in a response email on my store but I don't think that they are sent out to the customers in emails after their purchases. I have had several to check and they have never gotten one other than the original order in their email. Never the follow up. 

Thank you for checking for us. I hope we get a projected date of when things will be back in stock.

@James oh dear...I know there isn't anything we can do but my messenger box is blowing up that people don't realize what is going on and they think it is me. 

I try to explain that I have nothing to do with supply and demand. LOLOL 

Is there a projected date on this dilemma? 

I have made a post this morning and showing other products that I carry but most are only interested in the decoupage.
