Hi - Pricing Royalty question

OH all my cards are 100 in a pack that's why. So I guess there's an option for 25 somewhere.

I've had a store for 14 years which I actually created by mistake creating products for my pet sitting business then a couple of friends. I's basically a small passive income stream but now I have time to devote for "fun". My stuff is all apparel, pet stuff, office supplies. I've been away from it for awhile only doing small things but still making money. BUT missed the collections thing and Beta download till now.

HOW is this seller selling a pack of 25 Business Cards for $10.29?

I don't see a selection for sub standard paper etc, and the lowest royalty on my site is still 5% and $30.00 retail. 

Surely I'm missing something obvious. All my cards list size options hers has nothing.

You can see the product that the design is on and get the link to the blank by scrolling down to the "about this product" section.

Looks like they're actually more expensive per card than the regular business cards - it's just that they're available in smaller quantities.

That's not a box of business cards.. it's pack of magnets, they only come in one size and the cost is that low - with no added royalty the price is $9.74. She's got her royalty set around 9%.

This is a magnetic business card ! I just checked the base price for this on 10% royalty is $12.10 which with the 15% discount that is happening now ended up on $10.29....

The cards you linked to are actually magnetic business cards which are sold in packs of 25. Paper business cards are sold n packs of 100.

I'll call that seller a spammer because he didn't put the WORD MAGNET in his listing title. AND it's not in his link like mine is.

I've actually provided my clients with and sold different styles of magnetic business cards for years and didn't remember that pack of 25 and haven't ordered in a year or two.

DUH LOL. I guess I need better promotion on that.

Not necessarily a deliberate spammer.

It could be argued that both of you have written your titles 'wrongly'. It is not necessary to add the product type when writing the title, because Zazzle will add that bit automatically to the end. The full title then automatically becomes the link. So "Pet Grooming Services" would automatically become "Pet Grooming Services business card magnet" and "Pet Sitter Fish Bird Dog" would become "Pet Sitter Fish Bird Dog business card magnet".

Here is one of mine by way of example. I have only written "Professional modern consultant navy" as my title. But the product listing page shows the full title: "Professional modern consultant navy business card magnet”

YOU don't know what you're talking about. 🙄 Let me educate YOU. Do YOU actually create products yourself? Because you should know this. 

The SELLER creates the TITLE.  the PLACEHOLDER (word "magnet") you're talking about is simply a PLACEHOLDER. You can leave it or delete it because you name your product ANYTHING you want after "Sell It" on the page that comes up next. Under "TITLE" where you can click EDIT and CHANGE the Zazzle generated title.

Yeah I will ALSO argue that you chose to come her, lecture me and argue without even looking at anything.

That seller has absolutely NO REFERENCE TO MAGNET anywhere on that entire PAGE. Perhaps they just screwed up the listing but the end result is that IT APPEARS as $10.00 BUSINESS CARDS when it's not.

So your  theory about " Zazzle will add that bit automatically to the end" shows you DON'T know what you're talking about AND STILL didn't even LOOK AT MY listing or the "spammers". My Listing is not "wrong" in any way.

MY LISTING HAS MAGNET. I WROTE THOSE WORDS ONE BY ONE for the TITLE because my theme title is one that is clunky. MY listing AND description "About" says "PET SITTER MAGNET" specifically because that's what it is. IT's a MAGNET for PET SITTERS with MY BUSINESS CARD DESIGN which is TITLED "Fish Swim, Birds Fly and Dogs Walk Theme" but that won't all FIT. And it happens to be one of my most popular themes. I could LITERALLY TYPE any words I wanted and no, Zazzle will NOT correct me. As you can see from the "spammer" listing which IS A MAGNET when I tried to customize it it's only "FRONT" not Front and Back.
