How do you get approved for licensed products such as Disney, Harry Potter, etc?  Where fo you request?

I am approved for Espadrilles, but do not remember how I did it

@Dmargie-1029 Zazzle doesn't have a program where designers can make merch/fan art for brands that have stores on zazzle (not sure whether they used to many moons ago or I could be hallucinating).
