How long to hear back from Zazzle support?

I also sent in an enquiryon March 1st about my 1099 form. I don't know if I will be getting one since I didn't meet the $50 threshold in 2021. 

was told "We will provide a follow-up by 03/02/22 to inform you if there are any updates." 

I would like to do my taxes but need a straight answer.....Should I be expecting a 1099?Thankyou!
