I’ve read about this too, and yes, turning off the “More products inspired by this board” feature can keep the focus on your own designs instead of showing competing items right next to them. That’s a big benefit if your boards are mainly for your shop. The only downside is that Pinterest may deprioritize your pin a bit since those recommendations are part of how they keep people engaged. If your boards are strictly for business, it’s probably worth trying — but for mixed or inspirational boards, leaving it on might help with reach.

The only option I see is a toggle for 'Show Pins inspired by this board in your home feed.' And your home feed only shows to you, so I don't know if it would help change anything. Your home feed is still going to be tons of different stuff from around Pinterest, not just your own.

Thought I'd share this, because I remembered seeing this in a different place, when you're on Pinterest creating a pin on there.  I'm on a desktop, and I don't know if it still would work on the mobile app too.  But, if you do all the items, the last thing there is "...More Options" and you can select it there to turn off.
