I haven't seen the chat icon popping up lately.... what happen

I used to see the chat icon popping up before, but lately I haven't seen them, I actually wanna ask some questions. 

Where's the customer support? Did zazzle remove them?

I think they found a way to disable it for designers so it's not in our way. I just browsed using FireFox - which is my "never logged in - just use for testing" browser, and the blue "chat with us" button appeared just like it used to. I'm still not sure if it goes to a real person or an AI chatbot, either way, I'm happy that customers have an easy way to get most of their questions answered quickly.
