Anyone else frustrated to the point of giving up on promoting on Twitter because the images won't pop? This is true, especially but not exclusively, with collections. I routinely use the Twitter Validator Tool when an image fails to materialize. And as often as not, the Validator says everything loaded "successfully" and is good to go. But when you try to tweet/promote, instead of the image of the product or collection accompanying the tweet, the little gray box appears instead. I gave up this morning after only two promotional tweets featuring the images appeared as intended in the timeline. Zazzle Support says the problem lies with Twitter. Twitter Support does not bother responding to user problems. Too frustrating. But here's the strange thing: Sometimes when I've complained to Zazzle about this problem about a particular product or collection, I've found that within a short period, the image on that product or collection I complained about...suddenly starts to perform as it should. Which fact made me assume that Zazzle found and corrected the problem. That is, until I try to tweet/promote another product...and encounter the same problem. Maybe it all depends on which Z Support person receives your request for help?

Could it be browser related and perhaps being blocked by a browser extensions? (eg ad blocker type thing)? @Swisstoons
I have heard the site doesn't play nice with safari so perhaps that's an issue (unless you're on windows in which case please ignore that statement)
I know I have to turn off my adguard to share a collection (yes I know I create a filter - I don't want to)
Just tested (windows/vivaldi) and even though I've created cover photos, the collection pictures still appear ok on twitter.
It's a strange one for sure.

I have had the same issue, as discussed here. Can't solve it, other than repeating the same action again and again until the image sticks. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ask-a-question/what-s-the-secret-to-sharing-my-own-collection-on-twi...
I do think that it might be a question of time. In other words, the image might appear on Twitter after five or ten minutes, but I have not tested this rigorously.
My operating system is Chrome.

Hi @Swisstoons ,
Please rest assured that a ticket has been raised with our Team on this, and it is not dependent on the agent you are speaking with on the day. I would imagine the errors that had since resolved themselves shortly after speaking with a Zazzle team member is purely coincidental.
There is no confirmed issue on our end that indicates why this happens, but our Team is looking into it to see if for any reason the error is on our end. Thanks for your patience, it is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Emma. Actually, I was hoping that Zazzle would communicate with Twitter (as mentioned, they don't bother responding to us proles) because it affects Zazzle sales, generally, not just the sales of one promoter. I'm not the only one whose inmages don't open.

I've had this issue for years. I just keep trying different product urls in Twitter validator until I find one that works after a few clicks. Sometimes it still doesn't work upon posting. Some days I can't promote the things I want so I pick something else. Also, I find it works better if I leave off my rf code for some reason. I never get referrals anyway so I don't mind leaving it off very much.

Yes, I try the URLs for different views of a product when the primary view won't open on Twitter. But very often none of them works. So I think Zazzle and Twitter ought to fix the problem. I stopped using the rf code when I signed up for the Promoter program. If you're a Promoter and you include the rf code, you get $0 in referral money if your product sells. But if you use the plain URL and someone clicks on your link, you get 35% in referral credit. But getting back to my original point: There's a problem...and problems should be corrected....especially if they've been going on for months and months and months. So far, Twitter or Zazzle or both, have just been shrugging their shoulders about it.
