Hello, I would like to ask about the inconsistency in the reports found in the collection compared to the actual sales results. For example, if there are 3 sales in a month, the sales results in the collection are not recorded and remain nil.
Does anyone else experience the same thing as me? Any advice?

I'm not sure, but I think maybe the collection stats only count sales that happen after a customer clicks on the collection and then purchases a product in that collection.

I don't have any advice, but I can say that I find the collection stats confusing. It's not clear to me exactly what or how they're measuring, so I can't say the stats are wrong, but I know that traffic and sales are happening with my collections that aren't being logged.

The stats are all over the place. I have a collection that sells pretty well - sometimes one or more items from it on a daily basis, other times a couple times a week or so... but the stats always say some variation of 'views down 22%, CTR minus 100%, 0 orders.
