Invitation "submitted for approval" .. is this new? why?

I just posted an invitation and got the message that it was submitted for approval and will be posted once it is approved. I've never received this message for an invite before. A pack of matches I made once got this.

Is it new? I haven't been as active lately.

That sounds like the message you get when you edit a product and then click Replace (a feature not all of us have yet) instead of opting to Sell it as a new different product.

The invitation I just posted was 100% newly created. I was going to make other products to go along with it once it was up (stickers, napkins etc.).  It's currently my only item "under review" and just strange that it happened.

I used to have the "replace" option but it's not longer there. It's been a couple of months since I've been active. I tried to edit a couple products and was unable. Perhaps there is something going on with my account.

@ColsCreationsCol, what happened? Are you taking a break on Social Medium?

I guess I just ran out of thing to opine on, LOL. Nothings been posted recently that would prompt me into a "deep dive" to test something out so I've just been reading along. 🙂

Matches are always reviewed - no clue why. Maybe they're afraid of designs that promote smoking or something?

My guess would be that the invitation got flagged because of some word in the text. I once posted a graduation design that used the Latin phrase "magna c*m laude" and it got flagged because of the word "c*m!" Had myself a good chuckle on that one. There are other words that will trigger it, but I don't have a comprehensive list.

Anyhow, do you know the exact wording on the invitation? Maybe we could figure out what triggered it... actually the forum might flag the word if you post it here (hence my use of the asterisk in my example!)

So I just posted a new item that was totally different and it got the same message.

I THINK I've been flagged because I started unhiding a bunch of my holiday things that I've had hidden for months. I'm not sure that's why, but it probably is the reason. I unhid too many at once (probably a couple hundred)... post limit I've never experienced before.

How very strange. I don't really understand why they'd flag your account for that, but maybe there's an algorithm that triggers if you post too much stuff at once like you're some sort of a spammer? But unhiding isn't really posting... Well anyhow, let us know if you figure it out.

I have a similar anomaly from some month. A graphic I created, applied on products and posted for sales appears in the under review section on my member account, even if there is absolutely nothing to review. The graphic was already applied on product published and approved. It happened when I applied the embroidery to the graphic and published into a new product.
