Is the digital download option only appear in cart if using a phone to order?

I only ask because that option does not appear in my shopping cart if I'm using my desktop computer. (I tried it out to see.) So, a digital download option can only be ordered via a device like a phone or ipad?  I just want to be clear on how it works in case anyone asks me.

Not all users are seeing the Instant Downloads feature at this time. It sounds like your browser on your phone has access, but your desktop web browser does not. Other users might see the feature on their desktop browser but not their phone. It has less to do with computer vs phone, and more to do with you viewing the website from multiple different web browsers, which increases your chances of seeing the new feature.

We are slowly rolling this new feature out, and hope to slowly open the test up to more users in the future.

The last time I saw the Beta instant download, I saw it while using my laptop and I was able to click on the instant download.  I read that when you buy the download that Zazzle sends you an email with the link.  I would assume that you could open that download when using something other than your phone...
