Does Zazzle have a recommended browser? For the create tool, especially?
My browser, Firefox, is so sluggish, I'm looking at improving it. I've found that even when I have minimal tabs open, it's still sluggish though. ☹️
I should add, I'm on a Windows 10 laptop, that's very old.

I use Chrome as Zazzle's working browser and Edge as the "virgin" browser to test the customer side. Honestly, Edge has become better than Chrome, IMO. It's faster and crispier in displaying images (you notice the difference well, on Z's site). And it works similar to Chrome, also the important developer tools that are handy to test out your website look on different devices and to find out bugs. I just continue using Chrome for the sake of my Google account and all the stuff that comes with it. Firefox has become the worst of the three. Only use it for testing purposes.

I'm using Chrome on Win 11 and works great. The design tool is very complex and heavy, from a developers point. You might benefit from upgrading to a newer laptop if possible with more RAM and faster processor. Otherwise try it with Chrome and see if it's any better.

Try this— in Firefox, go to—
Settings>Data Management>Clear private data, also clear website data. Then click Done.

I had been using BRAVE and realized my troubles when in Design View were because of it. When I switched to Chrome, all the issues were gone.

I use Firefox but haven't had your same issues. I don't like Chrome for other reasons, can't remember what they were, but decided not to use it anymore.

I think it is up to your personal preference. I have switched from EDGE to Firefox twice now. Several years ago when I was forced to use Edge on a new computer and recently for the same reason. I've not had any problems with FireFox. I was having a problem with response time, but the New Computer solved that.
