I was doing some searching last night testing the filtering options. In this case I had narrowed it down to just the "coffee mug" category and then was trying the Material and Style filters. Choosing 'stainless steel" for example I was still seeing traditional ceramic mugs in the results so I thought the filtering was off. But then I realized, no, it's because those mugs were published as classic/combo mugs with appropriate cover photo, but with the merchandising style options left open, so Z is automatically including those designs on that option in the results. Which is pretty cool. Except the cover photo no longer matches the product. If you click on one of them, you get the cover showing it as a regular coffee mug as the main default image, but then all the other thumbs are of it as a stainless steel travel mug so it's confusing. Creators aren't doing anything wrong here, and neither is Zazzle, it's cool they are including our designs on other options we didn't publish on in results, but it's resulting in mis-matched cover images. So now I am wondering if, with the new encouragement to add multiple covers, can we/should we be including the different style options in them when we've left that option open to change?
