Referrals marked as "None" are being calculated wrong again since yesterday, as far as I can tell. I'm receiving the amount I would for a 3rd party sale. It's really hard to believe the same "labelling error" is happening again. As I said before, this goes against the policy that marketing fees would *not* be taken out if there is no marketing referral.
For more information on what was happening before and Zazzle's "solved" response, see here: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/general-zazzle-discussion/wrong-final-amount-for-sale/td-p/209537/pa...

I also want to re-iterate from last time that this is a normal amount of "None" referrals for me, not an excessive amount. So, I'm not sure how it could be a "display" or "labelling error" when it's also showing the other 90% that are 3rd Party sales.

After reading this, I checked my own (few) "none" sales, and this is happening to me again, too.

I just sold over 1300 in t-shirts an dI gave the woman links and I have gotten no referral and she even called Zazzle to walk her through to make sure she was clicking and buying and doing it properly and I got zilch and they say it is my fault or it is that I do not have and ref?= in the code after you click there and the link comes up you copy and paste. I am so confused but they are lableling them as 3rd party sales

This has happened to many of us unfortunately. It doesn't matter what the customer does with our links if they had already gotten a cookie from a Zazzle Ad,email, etc. A link cannot override an existing cookie until that window is over.

Cookie or not the gal I just sold $1500 worth of product to was on the phone with a Zazzle employee who cancelled the first $1500 order and she had them help her click directly on my links and re ordered everything and it still says 3rd party. Last Zazzle employee told me that when I clock the share, then the link that link is supposed to have a ?rf=then my number. I thought that was for 3rd party. Right now I feel I have been robbed or scammed by a company I have trusted for yers upon years. I thought Zazzle was the good guys seems they are not.

Happening to me as well. I was so excited to see 3 "none" in a row this am, after the last 50 or so sales all being 3rd party. But they weren't really "none" in terms of the payout – all 3rd party. 😬

I had two "none" sales today - first time I had a "none" since the last ones switched from "none" to 3rd party. It was a wedding invite and a wedding enclosure card bought by the same customer. One got the full correct "none" commission and the other one appears to have gotten the 3rd party cut taken.
This is so messy. We need transparency.

I have the same. Strange things are happening on Zazzle, yesterday I was updating tags for some products and every time after accepting the change, the products changed order, as if I were adding a new product that is not visible. And on top of that, yesterday I sold invitations, 'which doesn't exist ,' with an order in royalty history there is a note 'product deleted.' A month ago I deleted product and created the same ones with a small change because the option to modify products is not available for me. So probably the customer bought a new product. It's not possible to buy a product that was deleted a month ago! Has anyone else had such a situation?

I've had it happen a few times. I think it's because a customer previously bought the (deleted) product and is reordering it from their order history.

It's strange, because if the product has been removed, then it doesn't exist, and clicking on any link to that product opens the Zazzle page with various products, and not a specific product, so there is no option to place an order.
