License art grinch

I have designs with the grinch, I know they have a trademark. How can I post them, because I saw a lot of grinches at the zazzle marketplace, is it allowed or is it infringement? How is it working? Thanks for a reply, have a nice christmas time, Holmer

Only Zazzle is allowed to post. They are an official partner with brand names and trademarks.

The trademark/copyright holder, Universal/Dr. Seuss enterprises has official stores on Zazzle. They would be the only ones able to sell or authorize selling of their merchandise. So no, you cannot post Grinch items, yes it would be copyright/trademark infringement.
