Link to design center on account page has disappeared!

Hey folks, got a bit of strange problem with my account page. The link to the design center & product stats which is normally located in the middle column has magically disappeared this morning. This is what my account page looks like below. Anyone knows what's going on here? I can't seem to find the design center anywhere.

Below is what a 'normal' account page should look like, with links to the design center & product stats usually located in the middle column but as you can see from my account page above, the links are gone.

My Account > View My Products:  whole column gone on right side of page.  Can't access my current products/information. 

I'm having the same problem since yesterday.  Didn't know if it was just me, but figured it was a glitch.  As of this morning the View My Products link is still gone on my Samsung tablet and Android smartphone via My Account.  Now I can only view My Products tab information if I do a search for one of my products via the marketplace and click on it,  and then click on my store link on that page to get to My Products in a big round the bout way.

I'm so sorry to hear this.  Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you ARE able to see, so that I can flag this with the tech team to look into?

You should also pass on we need a link either on the account page or under the member "My Account" drop-down for "Create New Product," so we don't have to hike our way to the Store Products page in order to access that option.

Also, it was suggested to go thru 'manage my stores' to access My Products.

If I go through Manage my Stores>My Products tab as suggested, it takes me to my SAVED designs not my products for sale! 

I have My Products "for sale" page bookmarked now so I can access it that way.  Thanks!

The My Account page shows completely blank on the right-hand side now, no more Design Center, etc.  When I click on my Profile picture upper right the drop-down menu appears as it's always done as an overlay (per my screenshot) with links to click on for My Account, My Orders, Saved Designs, etc., but it is missing the link to view My Products.  I've always accessed My Products with a simple click on the link for years (and then sorted for latest, newest, etc.).  It's always been quick and easy.  I do not bookmark anything from Zazzle, nor want to.  Now there's nothing to click on for My Products.  Please look into fixing this.  Thank you.

My account page used to have 3 columns and a list of "Account, Saved Designs, etc..." in the middle. Clicking Account took me right to my products page in my store. Now it's just 2 columns and I have to get to my products via "Manage Store" button which is 3 steps instead of one. (first click Manage store, then click my store option, then click products."
Why make it so redundant & difficult? I don't like the two column layout and having to do 3 clicks.

I prefer to get to my store product page directly from my account page in one single click. (if it's not a bug.)

I've never accessed my store or products from the account page before so I didn't know it had changed. You might find it helpful to bookmark the page(s) you want easy access to right on your browser, and then you'll be back to one quick click to get wherever you want to go. I have bookmarks for everything Zazzle related....each of my stores as well as Zazzle blanks, Zazzle forum, etc. Using Chrome, I have a bookmark header of 'Zazzle' and then all my Zazzle-related bookmarks appear in a drop down list for easy access.

Same here! I'm wondering the same thing. I can not access the "My products" page either. On the "My Account" page, the column for "My Products" has disappeared. See the image below.

I can't create new designs without accessing the "My products page".  Is there any other way to access it? or another way to get to the "Create your own" button?

It's the long way around, but click "manage store," click your store name, then once in your store, under the banner at the top, select "products," and you'll see the "create new product" button.  It's completely inconvenient.

Like @Baylee, I have always used my own bookmarks folder placed on the bookmarks bar to get around Zazzle so I can go anywhere I want to go in two clicks from anywhere - 1 click on the Zazzle folder on the bookmarks bar to open the drop-down, a second click on whatever page it is I want to go to. Easy-peasy and not reliant on Zazzle's built-in navigating which has always been a bit cumbersome.

Since I rarely visited the My Account page I don't recall what it used to look like but today it looks like this for me:

MyAccount.jpgIf the right-side column is blank, I'd reckon it's because one has no products to review.

Seems like they are just changing-up the layout, it's not a bug.
If you're on Zazzle daily looking at your products, your Collections, your images, your sales history, your saved designs, etc etc ... you can make things a lot easier on yourself by just making your own folder of bookmarks.

I'm in the bookmark camp, so I never visit the "my account" page either. But for anybody having trouble finding their products here's the link:

I use bookmarks too, but if I happen to be on a different device, this is the link I use. I wasn't even aware that I could get to my products from the account page!

It's a stupid update

After creating a new product, it's necessary to go to store product page to access things, like adding to collection or clicking on new product to give it a view, sometimes make sure the "set store category" info took because sometimes it doesn't. If I click the drop down menu on right side of page from my account logo image, there is no link on that drop-down to take me back to my back-end store product page directly from the "You just posted a product" page. Really, there's nothing. Clicking "account" just goes to the new column layout, which doesn't have that link anymore. So no real connection point on that right side drop down. Yes, I made a bookmark link, but I see no reason why there can't be a direct connection point on the right hand drop down menu for ease of moving around. I used the bookmarked product page to create a new product, so the "you just posted a new product" has replaced that page, so I must close that page and go click the bookmarked link to my back-end store product page, so I can do those various new product things. (Do you see the extra steps involved?)
It would be nice to just click a link from the drop down menu. (that menu currently lists things like account, saved images, earnings, collections, etc.) 

Could the "My Products" link be added to the Drop Down menu assocated with our store logo on upper right we can access from any page we're on in Zazzle. That drop down currently lists "Account, My Orders, Saved Designs, Likes, Collections, etc."  It should be easy to add it there. And more convenient for us Zazzlers.

Hi, can a mod please explain the reason why they made this "new update" to now "exclude" the View My Products direct link from the My Account page while logged into our Zazzle store?  

 
For years via the My Account page on our store, that page was "organized" and included everything we needed to manage and run our store effectively and easily with subject heading links to everything important located right there on a single page, and as direct links including the View My Products link!   It always just took "one" click on the View My Products link via My Account page to open the window to our store Products page.  But now with this "new update" it takes "three" clicks because from the My Account page we now have to instead click on Manage Our Stores, then click on our store, then click on Products just to be able to get to our store Products page!
 
It does not make any sense and now is a very convoluted and annoying way to get to our store Products page that shows our own products!  No one wants to click more links to get to something.  Before it took just one click for many years, but now it takes three clicks to get to the same exact area of our store Products page?  Why?
 
Please let us know why such an update was done, as this is now a very tedious way to do something that was so simple before!

The part that really gets me is how "updates" like this are made with no consideration of asking "us" how we feel about these updates.

Hi Fiona, is there any word on this yet regarding the abiity to view My Products that was always on the My Account page for many years with a Direct Link to that My Products page while logged into our Zazzle store? 

Since Zazzle's last update It has been VERY tedious and annoying just getting to our products page now taking three steps, instead of one to get to the same exact page!  Can someone please look into fixing this so that  the View My Products "direct link" can once again be back on the My Account page?  Makes no sense someone removed it from My Account page with the last update.  We do NOT place any bookmarks from any websites onto our PC or smartphone devices, nor would we want to have pages of bookmarked items to have to look at and scroll  through! 

On My Account page for our Zazzle store is where this important My Products direct link was, and it should still be there.  I have always used that direct link to get to my products page daily for years, and like other's have said they have too!

I too am having the same trouble. There used to be a My products link that I use daily. Now it's gone. Takes forever to get to it now and have to constantly refresh and go back and forth finally get the standard view with all the categories listed on the left and the products on the right. The first couple times I do it, it only shows the images and doesn't list the categories. It's so frustrating and time cosuming.
