Holy Cow! I see that too. Why are they on the Popular sort? If you look at the Newest feed this person also has the same design on their products but changed the title on each one. Their tags are the same tags used as on the blank colored ones as well.
This reeks of a few "designers" who several of us has reported to Content Review. They (the stores reported) were all from the same country and used this tactic and also solid color "templates" on their products. After reporting them, none of us saw any difference as the products in question still remained on the front pages of certain search terms.
Until CR actually does something with these accounts there's nothing we can do.
