I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue...my nail art designs have the most views by far compared to my other designs but I have not sold any of them even once...One design has over 10,000 views but no sales?? How is this possible? Is the price just too high?
Has anyone else noticed this with the Minx nail art products or is it just me?
Thanks for any help or advice...

I sold one set a few years ago. That’s it. I’m not having much views, either.

Do you know where the views are coming from, maybe by using Google Analytics? If not, have you tried reverse image search or searching your description to find out if that product is being seen on some website somewhere?
I also do Postcrossing!

Hi Windy...I tried looking on Google Analytics but it's not telling me where exactly the traffic is coming from, it just says the majority is from "paid shopping" which I'm not sure what that means.
I tried many times to enter the description into google and the only things I see is that my product is on a few pinterest boards.
I did the reverse image search like you suggested, and some pretty strange websites came up, none of which I saw my product on...😟
It is a mystery to me lol.
Anyway, thank you very much for your suggestions, especially the reverse image lookup search, I hadn't thought of that, thanks!! 😀

I saw these but found them by accident. Didn't even know they existed. Do we have jewelry options too? Do I need to sign up for the email?

I made a few designs to try them out a few years ago. I get an occasional view but no one has ever bought them. Maybe it's just not a popular product?

These get tons of interactions for me on Pinterest, but like you said- no sales. Perhaps robots/spam bots like nail art?
The other thing is that people might have the impression that it is real art done on nails as opposed to glue ons?

I'm sorry to hear you are having the same problem but at the same time I'm glad I'm not the only one?? lol
True, maybe people think it's real nail polish....I was also thinking maybe the price point is way too high as I've seen other nail wraps from other brands much cheaper?
I hope your views turn into some sales for you! 😀

Nail art is hugely popular on IG and Pinterest; that's why people come to see it. Not that they come to buy it, they come exactly to look at it. Many people who are into nail art are just "window shoppers" as in they just like to look at photos and think to themselves "that's nice". It's a special kind of product so don't expect it to sell a lot but more views is always better than less views. I have one that has almost 9K views and sold twice; I once wanted to delete it exactly because of the crazy views/sales ratio but then decided to keep it. Now, I consider it more like a (subtle) chance to get a visitor interested in my other products than a potential big seller.

Thanks, WittyBetty...I figured Pinterest is mostly, like you said, "window shoppers" but I never expected to get as many views with no sales. You are right, it's better to look at it as an opportunity for more views on other products. 😀

It seems people really like your nail art designs but this market is not for everyone , how about transfering these
designs to tshirts or on cat/dog products, you might sell millions.
Happy sales!

Thank you, Viepure...I've started doing that, transferring the designs onto other products.
Thanks for your encouragement and suggestion! 😀

it wouldn't surprise me if nail salon artists, aka as manicurists are looking for inspiration but they just use the idea to actually paint designs like them so they have no need to buy them.

Hmm that’s a good point….I guess especially since I post my products on Pinterest which is mainly just a visual reference for people….
Thanks for your feedback, Shelli! 🙂

I've had quite a few views, but in 7 years only sold 2 sets. One was this year. Both the same design
