One quick suggestion - change the view of your mugs so people can see the image. To do this, Edit Details - Product Merchandising - Change options. May take a little time before the new view shows up in your store.

BTW, the Cow in the Field is super cute!

The rainbow pride mug is super cute. Consider removing the art from the center of the mug and placing two copies of that rainbow art on the sides (front and back) of the mug where the handle is located. That way the person drinking from the mug (plus others) can see the art while they’re using it.

I looked at your store and noticed a few things.

First, you do not have very many products posted yet. It takes a while to build up a good inventory of sellable designs on popular products to make your chances of getting sales better. Of the few products you have, many of them are 4th of July related, or Pride Month related. Both of these occasions are now past, so you will not find many shoppers looking for those items at this time.

Zazzle has a very handy list that is a planning guide of when to design and post certain themes/designs based on the time of year. Take a look at this guide. Print yourself off a copy and refer to it as you are designing so that your designs will be available at the right time for shoppers to be searching for them. See the guide here: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/moments-planning-guide/ba-p/4243

2. I also noticed on your green pillow with the cow on the front - you left the back side of the pillow blank. It looks like it might be an oversight. Best to use both sides of the pillow to put designs or at least a background color so the pillow can be flipped and used on each side if the buyer wishes to do that.

3.  Be sure to display your products with the design clearly visible. You can do that by changing the merchandizing view and select the view that shows your design. Many of your mugs show the blank part of the mug rather than your design. That does not show off your work very well and a customer would likely not be interested.

4. Always use good titles, tags and description to describe your artwork with good keywords so that it can be found when a customer is searching for something in particular. Consider how you would search for a product online if you were looking for something and then use those kinds of search terms that describe your design in a way that it can be found.

5. It takes time to make sales when you first start out on Zazzle. It is not an overnight venture, but more of a long haul. Do your research and find what customers are looking for, then design for that.

I wish you success and that you can enjoy growing your Zazzle business along the way. Keep reading the forums for tips and help.   -Susan

I agree with everything everyone has said.  I looked at your 4th of July invitation.  Unique invitations are great, but you are missing details about the party...like the time.  Go and look at other invitations in the marketplace to get an idea of the kind of information you will want people to be able to easily input in your invitation. You also want to make it easy for customers to modify your invitation by making anything that they would modify (like the address, date or time) a template object when creating it.

Best of luck on your Zazzle adventure.

Hi,

At the moment your home page shows some cover pages for collections, but it says they contain zero products. I would either hide these (if you're going to add products later) or delete them.

You could create some new collections with your existing designs, such as a collection of various products with the eagle wings design. You need at least four products for your collection to show up in your store, although they'll be seen individually in the meantime.
