Awesome! Just discovered that you can put a star to the left of a font (or fonts) that you like.
Fonts that are starred end up in the Favorites listing (and yes, this list carries over to existing designs as well as saved designs!

YOU GUYS ROCK!
Tonight I discovered the new fonts and wanted to post a kudos with a little request of... well... exactly that, what is mentioned here, and this morning by playing around what did I discover? What is mentioned here!
You have implemented it so well, a big Kudos for that!
The extended font choice is AWESOME, too, with many truly beautiful ones! One more Kudos here! - The only drawback is now that I will need triple the time to choose the right one(s).
I also like that you didn't auto-replace them on published designs (yet), cuz for some there are no real substitutes.
And here comes the sad part... the Distressed section lost a lot of love and has been drastically cut. You have removed a few very good ones, such as "SHORTCUT" - which was a very nicely distressed and compressed sans serif font, and "DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR" - which is a nice "scratch"-style font, great for Halloween and Horror themed designs. "CHIC DECAY" and "PORCELAIN" were two nice distressed script fonts for "background" Monograms. If there are no licensing issues involved, may you please bring back these 4? There are no real substitutes and they are useful ones. Didn't check out the other missing yet. Thank you!
Except for the heavy cuts in the Distressed section, you did an amazing job. Kudos again!

It took me a bit to discover how to put the star next to the font. For those who need instructions on how to put the star next to your favorite fonts, this is how. Very simple really. Just click right in front of the font in the list of fonts and a star will appear and your favorites category will magically appear as well. Of course I tried finding a command somewhere like under "edit" and other places and tried right clicking and command clicking and everything else first. So hope this saves someone else a little time. Great fonts and fantastic "Favorites" feature! Also if you go to a page where you were previously working before the new "Favorites" feature, you may need to refresh the page to be able to add to "Favorites". I just had that happen.. I went to a page where I was in the design tool yesterday or the day before, who knows when, and I could not get the feature to work until I closed out the design tool and refreshed the page and reentered the design tool and then it worked. Have fun everyone with the new fonts!😊

😬Blooming elegant both cuts gone. What will happen to those designs that use them? An update on this one for me is a disaster. I have hundreds with this font on them and they are twisted and have a little white heart on them too and they sell well for me or they did.... It is like getting a sweet and then dropping your ice cream 😪 Weeks of work miserable work to go and change all of them... that font was given to us in the last round it is not that old I don't understand why it has been axed it was one of my favorite fonts to use too. I can't get excited about the new ones until I know I don't have to revisit hundreds of products. Anyone font but this one, PLEASE GIVE IT BACK TO US...🙏 😭

Blooming Elegant was definitely the most used (overused) font on Zazzle! This will mess up half my wedding invitations suites, where I used Blooming Elegant Sans because it was all caps. Now I'll have to type everything all over again in all caps!

@Connie fortunately, you won't! Some of my business cards & invites have migrated over from BE Sans & the personalization area that was once upper & lower case have turned into all caps. Yay!

OH, I love this new feature! Now if we could get a similar thing for our favorite colors, that would be even more awesome!

Not to sound too slow, how do you do that — when looking at the font — click on the star key — as simple as that?

Vivian, when you're running through the fonts in order to choose one, whichever font you rest the cursor on will be highlighted and a star will appear to the left of the font name. Move the cursor onto the star and click. It'll immediately be added to your favorites. If you want to delete one of your favorites, put the cursor on the star that appears to its left and click. The font will be deleted from your favorites list.

As I've seen so far, all designs (at least mine) with fonts that have been dropped still have these fonts working. You can even enter your design and copy and paste such a text field and reformat/reposition it and the old no-more-supported font still works. I assume, Zazzle didn't take the risk to auto-replace the old fonts in published designs. Also because there are no true substitutes for some. Already checked this all myself. So, unless Z changes this, I would not worry - your old designs look as beautiful as always. As said: unless Z decides to do that replacing move, 100% causing a disaster. It would be nice, if Z would clarify this issue.
