Is this something only I'm facing or is this happening for others too? I’ve double-checked that I’m logged into my account and my referral settings are enabled. Just got another message from Zazzle today claiming “your tax form doesn’t match your payment settings.” Déjà vu? Yeah, because this is the second time they’ve pulled this stunt.   Let me be clear: my info is 100% correct — triple-checked, not a single typo. At this point, I’m starting to feel like Zazzle is stalling payouts on purpose. Maybe they're running low on funds and this is their creative way of buying time? (Next email: “We regret to inform you that your PayPal account is a Scorpio and doesn’t align with our astrological payout system.”) Jokes aside, this smells fishy. I'm feeling like there might be light at the end of the tunnel....hmmmm or is that a train?? But seriously, I've noticed a few things lately that give cause for hope.  Firstly, I see that our product pages FINALLY have a link to our complete collections!!! I'm so happy about this that I may just do a little happy dance. Clicking on the collection title takes you to the full version. Not sure when this update happened but I just noticed it yesterday. Secondly, with the new Ambassador program now in full swing, for the first time since I joined Zazzle, I've actually received a few referrals. I've been promoting on Pinterest, Instagram, Twit (X), FB, etc. for years and usually only had one or two referrals a year. This month I've had FIVE. Might not seem like much to some promoters but to me it's cause for celebration. It seems like the recent changes have had a definite impact. Thirdly, I drastically raised my default royalty rate on Mar.28.... more than two weeks ago now. I've been waiting for a downturn in sales from doing that but so far I haven't noticed any real impact on my sales volume.... and I'm still getting a decent payout. Another happy dance! And last but not least, after putting so many hours into Pinterest over the years, with diminishing returns, there is finally an alternative that shows promise. Benable is giving me hope. Many of us have been effected at one time or another with the removal of the "Visit Site" button from our Shared pins from Zazzle. We've been told we were a part of a test and all we needed to do was write to Pinterest to be removed from being part of their test. But that isn't the entire answer. It seems to be a recurring issue that when customers select a smaller product size on the product page, they often don’t realize this will also reduce the font size. As a result, they later complain that the text is difficult to read. Would it be possible for Zazzle to add a pop-up note or similar warning when they change size to let customers know that choosing a smaller product size will also make the text smaller, and that they may need to adjust the font size accordingly? ... I have noticed in the past week or so that regardless of the royalty I set for a product, the price of the product doesn't have any of the discounts Zazzle used to offer with various promotional discount codes depending on the time frames that discount was set for (10%, 15%, 20% etc.) So every day in the past week, a wide range of products had no discounts - Which is why I believe sales have dropped. I took some shots of my screen with different types of products having no discounts, but can't seem to be able to upload them. Types of product with no discounts: invitations, napkins, favor boxes, bottle labels, foam boards (party supplies in general). All I can see with some discounts still are glasses and binders (feel free to add). I don't get many sales daily, but having no sales in the past few days is odd to say at least even for me so I think it has something to do with the discounts. I wonder if the situation will remain as it is (wide range of products with no discounts) or (hopefully) it is something temporary. Any thoughts? ... View more

I was just hit with some remarks that make me question what I am doing. So I decided to ask for others opinions. As you look at the collection I posted, the issue is not the design motifs themselves because it wasn't about these motifs. The issue is how they are placed on the various products such as wallpaper and tablecloths. What I got was a remark that, "They haven't sold yet." Part of the issue was lack of heavy promotion, but part of it was insinuating that the customers didn't like them the way they were. So, am I stuck in an outdated time warp? The products  being discussed may not have been promoted heavily yet, but they are in the MP competition.
