No answers from W8-BEN Form Financial Team

Hi Zazzle, I'm making an new thread here as I fear no one form Zazzle is looking at our posts in the "W8-BEN Form inquiry" thread as it was already marked as "solved". The situation is actually NOT SOLVED, as you can read below.

I received an email on July 14th letting me know that my W-8 form had all the correct information, and that they were sending it to the financial team where it would take 2-4 weeks to finalize. It has been 9 weeks since the email, with no new information.

I have no reply to any of my two email (tickets) sent to Zazzle. Also no answer to any of my two direct reply emails to the W-8 form team, and no answer on the W-8-BEN Form Inquiry thread either, where at least to this date five other designers are posting a similar experience.

I find it incredibly rude that we are all sending emails with no answer back. At least as a courtesy we should have receive a reply by now! I feel there is not even a point of sending another email if no one is answering at all! I fell ghosted!

Our earnings are important to us. This is an important issue, so please understand if we are worry and in need of some answers. Five weeks delayed is not a little thing, it's actually a big deal!

Help needed here too! I have the same problem here that GabrielaG reported above. I received the e-mail that all my info was correct on June 28th. But nothing happened after that.  My incident reference number is: CAS-7197063-L5H2R9  

Can someone please give an update on when the finalizing of the process is expected? I can not be paid right now and do not want to miss another pay day in October. Please let us know something.
