No Payment Today - Unusual?

Good morning,
I was told my payment would post to PayPal no later than September 15, 2022. It has not yet arrived.
A quick forum search showed me late payments have been an issue recently. Is this still an ongoing issue? I'd like to get this deposit so I can get some bills paid. I did email Support, but I'm hearing that sometimes they don't respond for a few days, if at all. I just want to make sure I've got my bases covered and that someone will look into this ASAP.

I always got mine in the last few months on the 15th but somewhere in the afternoon (I'm in the US - east coast ) so I'd just give it a couple more hours...

There has only been one month, when payments were a general concern for all Zazzlers. That was fixed within the day for most of us and we were assured it wouldn't happen again. While there have been a few sporadic complaints from Zazzlers on the forum, given how many Zazzlers there are, I guess we can expect a few to have issues. I know waiting for payments is still stressful, so I hope this helps. I usually get mine EST between 1pm and 5pm. In 6 years of monthly payments, Zazzle has never missed one of of these.

You should have had the amount deposited in PayPal yesterday. Have you checked to make sure you earned $50 or more in July? It wasn't the best of months for sales.

Yes, I earned more than $50 threshold (cleared earnings) and I see it in my payment history as “pending” still.

I never changed my address since I started but today I went to payment settings and just clicked saved without changing anything to see if that would make a difference.

Some time ago, a remember someone else reporting the same situation as yours. I assume it was eventually resolved, but I don't remember any information on what had happened.

Still nothing in my PayPal as of writing.
I am really praying to to get paid today. This is embarrassing but I am really counting on that money for groceries. Things are really very tough for us lately and I’ll just say it as it is… don’t care anymore. Maybe some can relate or maybe it’s just me. ➡️UPDATE
Since. Did not hear back from them, I contacted the, again this morning. And this afternoon I noticed that my pending earnings are now “canceled” it shows next to it n the cancelled earnings that it has something to do with W8 form. So I searched in my sent section of my emails and sent them the acknowledgment receipt of my W8 form and attached the form that we’re attached to the email a long time ago. And the just few minutes ago, I received an email with the explanation why it is temporarily hold now. I just want to share this so others can avoid this problem.
what happened was my son in law was the first one that had an account, then I also created this account and recently my wife created hers. All 3 are under their names and their own tax information. It was all well, but then we decided to combine all payments in one PayPal to save PayPal and bank fees when we transfer it to the bank to actually use the little money we earn. Since we live outside the US, we have to transfer it to the bank and there are fees. We did not realized that this not allowed and in the email it was kinda calling us “fraud”. To be honest I am a little hurt because you can be actually be called fraud even if the money combined is only a little over $100 minus 15% we are not US residents, then PayPal and bank fees….you do the math. I am really emotional right now because we are working hard and cheating on anyone for $100 is far from our intentions. Anyway, I just want to update my post and share my experience so other may learn from it. I am not sure if they will cancel all our accounts from here. If I won’t post any update…then you folks know what happened. Take care and God bless whoever reads this!

Wow, I'm happy it was resolved. It's terrible to be called a fraud - though there are so many scammers out there that I understand they suspect anyone.
I also live outside the US and the tax is 30% 😪. Fortunately, there's a wonderful thing here called "PIX" that we use to transfer money from one bank account to another with no taxes. (God bless whoever invented PIX) Hopefully, something similar is implemented where you live.

I have not received my deposit today either. I definitely met the threshold for payment and have always had my commissions deposited on the 15th like clockwork. Not sure what is going on.

Personally, I'm still yet to receive my very first payment despite having reached the threshold for more than a month now. I don't really know how it works since I'm fairly new.
