Not enough products?

Hello,

I am still very new to zazzle and wondering how long does it take before a shop or products start getting views? I've noticed that most of my products don't have any views after a month, and I am wondering if this is normal? Is better to have more products in your shop to help get customers to view your store?

People used to say you needed one thousand designs to start getting any traction. But now what many are finding is that there are so many products, that it is hard to get seen at all. This is why it's important to find a niche which people want to shop for, and for which not many options already exist. The other way to get seen is to have an effective social media strategy which puts your products in front of the people who would be likely to buy them.

None of this is easily achieved with all the competition out there.

Hello! Remember that if you are posting your products you are depending on Zazzle marketplace search tool or Zazzle promotion for customers find your products, so there is a few questions that you should consider...

How is my product better than others and how much competition do I have? How are ranking my products on Zazzle search results after posting them?

Is my ideal customer searching this on Zazzle? And if is so Am I using the right tags, titles and descriptions?

Is the time for this product / theme/ niche to be selling so Zazzle may be promoting it or not?

If Zazzle customer is not searching for it on the marketplace and is not the season for this product / niche or theme then rather than waiting for customers to be active searching for your product better promote on social media or other platforms to get noticed.

For newcomers, achieving a high ranking on competitive keywords can be quite challenging. Instead, it's advisable to start by identifying keywords with lower competition on Zazzle but still garnering a good number of searches on Google. Additionally, I recommend taking a look at the following page, as it contains valuable insights and tips on Zazzle tagging that could prove beneficial to your endeavors. Happy exploring and best of luck with your Zazzle journey!

As others have said, you cannot rely on Zazzle's marketplace. You need to do your own marketing in order to get eyes on your products. I did a test with one of your products, and you can try it too to see what I mean. "Goat Yoga Round Sticker". Search for that in the marketplace, and see what comes up. There should only be seven products, but there is someone who is... over-enthusiastic... with their tags so unrelated products show up. That is the problem with relying on Zazzle's search engine to find products related to searches. You need to focus as much time on self-promotion as you do on creating designs in order to get consistent sales. Probably more.
