Hello & Happy New Year to Everyone!
So, I have been wondering how many creators either delete or hide their old products that do not get any views or for products that appear to have been discontinued. I know we all put a lot of time and effort into creating content, however, I think it would benefit all of us, if we either deleted or at least hid old products that aren't getting views or where the product "appears" to have been discontinued. (The exception to this thought at this time, is the tissue paper, of course!) Any thoughts or comments? Thank you.

You never know when an old product that previously got very few views will sell. So for that reason, I never delete them. I do sometimes revise their titles, tags, and descriptions to increase their chance of selling. If a product has been discontinued, I delete it. But, I keep a copy of the original artwork on my computer, so I can recreate it if the discontinued product is once again made available. Or, I try and use the artwork on a different product or another niche.

In the past I've deleted discontinued products, because we can't move them to another category, and I was reorganizing my store categories. But it seems like whenever I delete a discontinued product, Zazzle brings them back again! So I try not to do that any more. Unless the designs are really not sellable anyway.

Unfortunately, we don't know if Zazzle's algorithm takes into account items with no views and no sales. This is a point that deserves clarification, but I don't expect Zazzle to provide this kind of information.
