Is anyone else experiencing constant issues with Product Insights?
Every time I contact support, the problem gets fixed temporarily—the feature starts working again—but after a while, it stops working and the cycle repeats.

I’ve had the same experience. When Product Insights works, it’s a really helpful tool, but lately I haven’t been seeing any data there either. I just stopped relying on it.

It would be great if Zazzle could make this feature more stable, because having reliable insights really helps us make better design and marketing decisions.

The issues still persist. I’ve been communicating with support for months about this, and it feels like they have no intention of resolving the problem. Although I’ve adapted to the notifications not functioning correctly, I’m now facing another issue: the insights into our products aren’t displaying at all. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.
