Order confirmation but no transaction

Hello,

Usually when I look at the Analytics stats in real time and I see that a visitor is on the "Order confirmation" page, I connect to Zazzle and the transaction appears immediately in "History". But today I saw 2 times that someone was on the "Order confirmation" page but when I went to look on the site, no sale appeared. Even after waiting a few hours.

Could this be a bug or does the fact that they are on this page not necessarily mean that they have confirmed their purchase?

Seems possible someone came to Zazzle because they clicked on your product link, then eventually purchased another Creator's product. Might be helpful to sign up as an Associate so that you can earn referrals on purchases like these. https://www.zazzle.com/my/associate/associate

@VTJCV I've had a few where the order confirmation page has been accessed and no sale appears. Perhaps it's a customer checking their previous order?

I've seen this four or five times in the last 24 hours. And I haven't checked it 24/7.

It happened to me.  A confirmation of sale showed up yesterday in Google Analytics. I am signed up as an Associate but still didn't get a referral fee.

That happens to me time to time. I'm in the promoter program so I didn't get the referral. (I wish there was some way to see what the customer ended up buying!)

I think in my case it's a customer from Boston who had bought some of my socks a few days ago.
