Payment Settings

Hello, how are you? I hope you are well
I entered my PayPal email in the payment settings, but I receive messages on my Zazzle account asking someone to verify my bank account even though I am registered with PayPal. All messages are in the pictures.
The strange thing is that the Verify PayPal button is not working. Has anyone faced this problem? How do I know that the payment settings are correct and there is no problem? Are these messages from the site and I must enter the bank card information?
I also entered the numbers for the bank account and was asked about the amount in my account. Could it be that they sent an amount and I have not received it yet?
I hope you can explain to me details about the payment settings method
Many thanks in advance

An notification email will be sent to you every time you have a new message on Zazzle's chat system. The email does not mean that the message on chat is coming from Zazzle, it only means that Zazzle is notifying you of a new message that could be from anyone. In this case, the message is spam so just block the sender, and definitely don't provide any banking information to anyone who contacts you through the chat system.

This looks like a scam to me. Somebody outside of Zazzle is trying to gain access to your account by using a platform you trust.

I did not understand anything, frankly. An email was sent to me first, see the photo, so that I would be transferred to preparing the bank card.

Here is Zazzle's guidance on spotting scams and fake messages in chat or in your email. Zazzle will NEVER ask for your credit card or banking information in a chat message.  https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/19849126955927-How-to-Deal-with-Chat-Spam-on-Zazzle-A-Comp...

Ouch. You need to contact your bank ASAP and let them know that you gave your account number to a scammer. You're likely going to need to change your passwords, your PINs and your actual bank account number as well.
