Payment status is still Pending on the 15th. A repeat from last month's no show Paypal payment?

Has anyone received their payment today via PayPal yet? My payment status is still showing as "Pending".  Last month our payments were received a day later than the 15th. At that time the payment was showing as Pending and not Cleared.

It's a weekend so if you haven't had anything now, it looks like it will stay like that until next week. I had a nice email from one of the Zazzle Support peeps after I said I'd received payment. I will email them back in support of your case.

We are in this together. If you have any money issues at all in regards to the fact that you haven't been paid (as I would have had if I wasn't this week), then please allow me to lend you some via our PayPal accounts. I'm happy to do that. Just let me know 🐵

@369Hi Did you got same payment which was cancelled on 15th and on 17th you got it because mine cancelled also i can see red and money back my available balance and support says they waiting response from finance department and its not first payment i receive many before and also same details i even didn't changed anything in setting

I would really appreciate some kind of proper email response from anyone in management at Zazzle.

Earnings payment is now 2 days overdue and it is exactly 24 hours since Cian from customer support wrote to me promising a speedy assurances, as follows:

"My apologies, I will now be escalating your issue to our specialist Team... I understand that issues with receiving payment are extremely important so I will get back to you as quickly as I can with an update."

I have been left for the last 24 hours without any payment and without any clue as to what is going. A simple courtesy email to update me on the situation is not much to ask for. Surely you agree, this is not acceptable Zazzle support. What would you personally be doing right now if Zazzle hadn't paid you and two days later you had still not been given any reasonable explanation? I'm sure you would feel no differently from the way I do at this moment in time.

Please explain to those who are dealing with this that I need payment to be sorted immediately. Thank you.

I finally got a response from Zazzle today about my missing March payment. They're putting the blame on Paypal, and that is NOT correct. My account shows that the payment never made it into "Pending". PLEASE check this out. This is ridiculous. I've been here since 2008 and NEVER had this problem.

Try emailing support if you do not get a response via the forum. However, it is now a weekend so there may be a skeleton staff running things until Monday.

19th UK here....same for me, but actually still says 'cancelled' not pending.

This sounds like something that Finance needs to review. As soon as we receive a response from them we'll let you know.

Same here didn't receive the payment on 15th November it was cleared but it didn't showing in debit field, why is that so?

Hi @Simplestationar ,

I can see that you made an update to your payment settings on 11/4, meaning your account is in pending for 30 days to process the change. Even when there is no change made, pressing the save button starts a pending period during which you cannot get paid. Please note you should make updates to your payment settings between the 15th and last day of any month to avoid this happening again.
