Payment status is still Pending on the 15th. A repeat from last month's no show Paypal payment?

MsSnazzy

Has anyone received their payment today via PayPal yet? My payment status is still showing as "Pending".  Last month our payments were received a day later than the 15th. At that time the payment was showing as Pending and not Cleared.

Same here. I had to move my bank and mortgage payments years ago to be taken out on the 17th because we did not get paid until the 15h, It usually takes at least a day for funds to transfer from Paypal. This is a costly time issue. Hope they fix it soon. I need to transfer funds early morning to get it there,

Payments are being sent out. If you haven't received your payment let us know and we'll investigate.

It looks like our website is a little bit slow in updating to reflect the status of the payment.

Hello Scott

My payments were suddenly 'cancelled'. with no explanation. I have emailed Prodesigner support and posted a separate message on this. Please can I get an urgent response. Thanks.

Hi @369,

I've now reached out to you over email regarding your payment.

Hi Cian, As you are hopefully aware, I have now replied to both you (ProDesigner Support) and general support, and am awaiting responses from both departments.

It must be noted on the forum that my added point of concern relates to the fact that general support and ProDesigner support have given me two completely different reasons why non-payment has occurred. Therefore, at least one of them must be untrue. Furthermore, the fact that the only other person, to date, who has also had their payment cancelled (not simply pending), at exactly the same time, and for the first time ever, happens to also be a UK resident earner. Therefore, logically, the UK status must be related to the 'real' reason for cancellation. Please update me and anyone else affected with the same, 'actual' reason why payment has failed, and how it is going to be resolved ASAP. Thanks.

I didn't receive my payment yesterday. I don't know if I reached the threshold or not though. Could you possibly check on it for me? Thanks!

Sales have been cleared, but I haven't received my payment.

Hi Scott

I created a new discussion simply because I was told yesterday that someone would be sorting out my earnings payment. A day later, I have heard nothing. All my direct debits are bouncing because this has not been sorted. Therefore, I posted the new comment because I felt that all Zazzle earners needed to be properly updated on what was going on.

As you request, I will now post the comments in the discussion.

The overview from the other discussion that can no longer be replied to is as follows:

I thought I'd better start a new message on this because it's so potentially serious for all earners. Everyone needs to be aware of all such incidents when it comes to payments. I will update you with more when we get further information.
The facts to Date:
1. February - for the first time ever (at least in 10 years) Zazzle fail to pay everyone on the 15th. No explanation is given by Zazzle.
2. Zazzle Management finally responds on March 11 with a message stating that, "Upcoming payments from Paypal are going to be happening on time going forward. Last month, there was a one time issue that resulted in a delay in payments through Paypal. In partnership with Paypal, we identified the root cause and remedied it. We do not anticipate it will happen again. Thank you for being a part of Zazzle!"
3. March - earners start leaving messages saying that the same thing is happening again this month, with earners getting paid a day late on the 16th.
4. I discover that my payment advice has suddenly changed from 'pending' to 'cancelled'. I check the forum and discover another earner has said that exactly the same thing happened to her. Her payment advice changed from green to pink on the 16th and then said "cancelled". The one thing that connected both of us - we were both based in the UK.
5. We both contact Zazzle (via the forum, but I also email ProDesigner Support) and we both received a response from Zazzle support saying that, " We had attempted to payout your earnings however there seems to be an issue with Paypal as the payment was put on hold. You would need to reach out to Paypal to resolve the issue I'm afraid."
6. However, I received a separate message, presumably because I had either written an email or made more than one comment on the forum. It gave me a totally different excuse for non-payment. It raised the subject of me having more than one Zazzle account, and said that their system had therefore flagged up 'potential fraud'. This is bizarre and annoying, because I have been a Zazzle earner for ten years and they are fully aware of this, and Zazzle management has never once had a problem with this when I have discussed it in any communications throughout that time. Quite simply, I experiment with many shops and many ideas, as well as splitting my work between referral projects, template projects, and label projects. To keep things orderly, I have more than one email account. All my details are exactly the same on every account I earn from, and Zazzle has happily made more than one payment to me every month for many years, without once questioning the validity of this.
Regardless, the fact that for the first time ever, at least two people have had their earning suddenly showing as 'cancelled', following two months when - for the first time ever - Zazzle has failed to pay earners on time, and those two people whose earnings were cancelled have only one thing in common - the fact they are both based in the UK, and finally, that Zazzle support wrote to both of us saying that it was a Paypal issue and that we must contact them, clearly seems to illustrate one certain thing. These are all excuses. If it's Paypal, then it's not a spurious flag raised about fraud. If Zazzle did genuinely suspect fraud when all my details and my W8-BEN form are fine, then why did another person in the UK have their earnings cancelled at exactly the same time - something that has never happened ever before? Are these just unthinkable coincidences that are occurring? Of course not.
7. Zazzle support told both me and the other earner affected that they would urgently look into it. However, it is now the 17th and neither of us has heard a squeak out of anyone from Zazzle. We have still not received our earnings. It is as thought they have all gone into hiding, and will not respond until 'something' changes.
8. Zazzle is a wonderful company that has helped many people secure an independent salary. However, if earners begin to sense that Zazzle is not being straight with them, then that business model will start to crumble and fail. Earners not only need to know that they will get paid on time, but more importantly, we need to know the truth about what is going on in the background when we are not paid on time. Being told that we must contact PayPal, when PayPal simply responds by saying that it's clearly an issue with the payer, or being randomly told that having been paid every month for two separate email accounts for years upon years, the system is now suddenly raising a 'potential fraud' flag, when that clearly cannot be the reason why two people are getting the exact same 'cancelled' message on the earnings, is less than we expect from Zazzle. February was bad. For me, and at least one other earner, March is worse. What will April bring?
9. Come on Zazzle, please sort this out for me and the other UK earner, and then give all earners a clear explanation of what has actually happened over the last two months, so that we can feel secure being a part of Zazzle going forward. Thank you.

Thank you so much for posting this. I still have not received payment either. I've been with Zazzle since 2008 and last month was the first time payment was late. Now it's late again. I'd appreciate someone from Zazzle getting back to me about this. TIA.

I glad you think it's as important as I do. Does your Zazzle Payment history page show "pending" or "cancelled"?

I received an email last week telling me this matter had been turned over to someone who could check on the status of my payment, but I STILL haven't heard anything. Would someone PLEASE get this straightened out?

An update has just occurred on my Payment History page, which now shows the payment to once more be "pending", instead of "cancelled". This is obviously a very welcome advancement to see, but only if it is followed later today by the payment actually being processed.

If this is indeed a PayPal issue, then it is clearly a platform that we should not be placing our trust in. Will Zazzle now look into using other payment platforms, at least as a back-up. PayPal is becoming too much of a monopoly, and is thereby something we should not implicitly trust! There are other payment platforms out there, and more establishing themselves all the time.

I will update as soon as I see a payment being made, this evening, or in the morning (UK time).

Immediately after writing the above, I checked my email, and confirmation of payment has just arrived.

I hope that everyone else's payment arrive today as well. Better late than never, but better on time than late!

Even more, I hope that by next month, Zazzle has got its act together and everyone gets paid on time.

I guess I should also thank Zazzle for finally making the payment, simply because that is the polite thing to do. Thank you.

@ScottHellow please help mine July payment is cancelled and i contact support they says they waiting response from finance department and its not first payment i receive many before and also same details i even didn't changed anything in setting

Hey Scott

This month, today, out of the blue, without any warning or correspondence, my earnings payment information changed from pending to 'cancelled'. I'm sure you agree, this is a worrying development. If this issue can happen to my payment, a Pro Designer who has bene with Zazzle for 10 years, it can happen to anyone. It is obviously connected to the late payments we have experienced for the first time last month and this month. I have emailed ProDesigner support and left a response to Scott in this thread, and will let everyone know what Zazzle says about this as soon as they get back to me. We shall see....

Hi,

My payment has been cancelled also.

It was 'green' early morning (UK) but has now turned 'pink.'

Hi LynnRose

I am UK too, so I guess this has something to do with international payments then. Paypal or Zazzle issue? Who knows, but at least we both now know that the connection seems to be international or UK payments. Will update on this page when I hear anything back from Zazzle.

Hi @LynnRose,

I've now reached out to you over email in regards to your payment.

- Cian

Thank you, I am looking into it, but no luck so far, so I have sent PayPal a message on Twitter.

Hi LynnRose

I had the same response from Cian. However, I had a separate response from general support, which gave a totally different excuse for non-payment. It is obvious that as UK earners, both of us have that in common, and so that is the obvious connection/reason as to why for the first time ever, our payments are showing as 'cancelled', not simply 'pending'. It is something to do with our UK status. Because I have received a totally different excuse from support as I have from ProDesigner support, I am obviously not likely to trust with reason. I just wanted to update you with all the info I have at present. I am now waiting to hear back from both ProDesigner Support and also from General Support. I will update you further when I hear more.

Hi
Have you had a response from Paypal yet?

According to PayPal on twitter, I would know if there was money being held back as it would show in my PayPal account and I would also have received an email from them, but there is nothing pertaining to this that I can find and I checked everything I could so zazzle are looking into this again

Fingers crossed 🙂

Thanks for the update. I will let you know if I hear anything first. The issue for both of us is obviously related.

It's now the 17th and still no payment. I have heard nothing from anyone from Zazzle. They've gone totally silent.

Morning 🙂 Just to say, I haven't heard anything more yet.

Have a nice day x

I have emailed Zazzle support again, but the company seems to have gone to ground. They do literally appear to be ignoring us. I am very surprised by their total lack of support or any reasonable explanation in regards to this issue.

Have you heard anything at all from them today?

I have exactly the same issue. Zazzle support is a complete waste of time.

They never, repeat never reply.to my queries.

I am still awaiting confirmation regarding royalties, Also why my products are  in the marketplace but not showing in my stores after a week.

My latest payment is still showing as pending and has not been paid into my paypal account

I have just received payment. You may want to check again to see if you have received yours. If not I would email Zazzle support again. Fingers crossed for you.

So happy for you! Did you ever finding out what was going on?

Thank you for saying that. Very kind. No, I didn't find out what was going on. Believe me, if it happens again next month, I'll be doing some serious online research and report back to everyone what I find! If it is actually a PayPal issue, I'm guessing it has something to do very dodgy global changes to finance that are going on in the background all around the world, something that should concern us all. Bank transfers were so easy. I certainly wouldn't trust PayPal as a company. I don't think they care about their 'customers' at all. They are a political company, not a real one.

I guess we'll know next month if the payment issue is something different that Zazzle management aren't telling us. Until then, I guess we should give them the benefit of the doubt on what they say.

Hi, I received a zazzle email saying I will be paid 12.17pm UK, but nothing so far 1.40pm UK

No idea how long it takes to process
