I apologize that I did not fully understand how public this forum was intended to be. If I had, I never would have used my entire full name. This morning a member actually asked if she could share a forum topic to Twitter. I am horrified that my participation in this forum could be shared to Twitter of all places with my real name attached. I would either like to change my forum name or delete my forum account. Is that possible? I have not figured out the settings here I guess. Again I am sorry for my ignorance.
I think that you can only edit posts for a short time after you make them. I did report the thread that prompted me to ask the question. However, if the wrong customer were to see that thread. Their angry reaction might be to share it on social media. I only asked because when I saw the thread I thought how stupid is this discussion after it has been said numerous times that people can enter and read posts without signing in.
