The number of clients complaining about poor card printing is increasing. I do not understand how those who print give a pass to such poor color printing. And those clients make bad reviews as if my designs were the problem. I really hope if any moderate saw this to report it and make it known .

I've had one in March. Let's hope during this busy graduation / wedding season they're not dropping the ball on this.

Hi @marsh4
Thank you for your valuable feedback. It's understandable to expect perfection, especially with something you've ordered. However, when you're dealing with the scale of thousands of paper printing orders, it's almost statistically inevitable that a small handful might have minor printing or color defects. We do monitor our returns and reviews closely and can assure you that they are used to improve our service.
Thank you again, Joanna.

I've received several customer complaints lately about poor printing as well. I've also received several complaints about invites and cards being damaged, but the package it was shipped in looks undamaged. As recently as today I've had customers tell me that Zazzle's customer service isn't being helpful at resolving issues.

I have had 2 poor print quality bad reviews in the last few weeks. One was a black ink on colorless (white) background popular wedding invitation that turned out purple. How does that happen?

I was wondering if they do "quality checks" when printing cards. I have stopped putting designs on the inside of cards because a card I designed and ordered for myself was all wrong inside. The design was not centered at all, even though on the preview from Zazzle it was.
I wrote to Zazzle and let them know, and again they sent me a card that has the same exact issues.
I made a video about it. It seemed the gloss cards printed ok but not the matte cards. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnJs-5icSkY

I've had an increasing number of very negative reviews lately, not just about paper products, but all of them about poor print quality/product quality. It's embarrassing and frustrating when I don't personally have control over that. Especially when customers still don't understand designers aren't the ones making the final products. Also so many cancellations in the past few months, even if they don't leave a review. I assume also due to quality control issues. 😔
