print quality on new tissue papers

I have customers who have sent me photo of decoupage tissue papers that they have received and the print quality is awful with this new paper. I know that I have everything correct as for uploading with images. 

Is anyone else having these issues. 

There are so many issues since April 

I posted this in technical but have not gotten any responses 

Once customer will not be able to use her papers in time to enter a contest due to this.

The one on the left is not even the one that I uploaded because I can't upload the one for Zazzle because it is to large.

The one on the left is from the screen and you can see it is lighter the, the middle one is what they got and the one on the far right is the one before I lightened before uploading.

Hi, Rena!

Your papers are so beautiful, and I LOVE seeing the results of your challenges. I’m definitely one of those not in-the-know about decoupage, so it’s all a bit like magic to me! Lol

i am so sorry to hear about the quality issue. It could be related to the new paper (I think I remember there was a size change? I don’t design on tissue, though your beautiful results have made me think about it more than once!)

 

I will say that if these were in the same order, it could hopefully *just* be a printing error. I know this doesn’t help with this customer’s desire to participate,  but that would be better news than a poor quality material that will impact many beautiful papers and designs yet to come.

I appreciate your kind words. Very humbling. Just disappointed with so many struggles with all of this and I have only been here for a little over a year with the decoupage. 

There is still issues with MANY of my listings still showing up as discontinued. I have taken time to go in and try to fix a few a day but that is a daunting task. THEY should fix it. 

Then the referral fees I still don't' get and many that are using my affiliate links are disgusted because they aren't getting what they did at one time, almost nothing now. 

I just try to look it as a learning process and think well tomorrow is another day. I love what I do and not being able to continue with my teaching as much or doing large pieces of furniture anymore this makes me happy. 

GIRL I just realized who you are....oh my gosh what a small world. I am so behind and I have been going to email you. Life is just crazy lol

I know that they were upset due to the contest and not being able to have time to order more. 

I have not had any situations like this before so it worries me that it could be the new papers.
