Profil Completion 60% - some error?

Quite often, when I log into my Zazzle account and switch from the 'my account' tab to my profile, I see information that my profile is 60% complete, sometimes 50%, sometimes 40%, sometimes 30% .However, when I refresh the page or go back to the page with the 'my account' tab and click on 'my profile' again, my profile opens with the correct information, which is PROFILE COMPLETION 100% and congratulations, as it should be. It is strange and confusing. Can someone tell me why this happens and whether I should be worried? Because someone suggested to me that I might have two accounts with the same name and one is at 60%, but I only have one account and three stores, two at 100% completion and one new at 80% completion. Has anyone had a similar situation?

@joana Maybe it has something to do with the two hidden stores of yours? Because when I look at your profile I can only see one store?

@joana Maybe it has something to do with the two hidden stores of yours? Because when I look at your profile I can only see one store?

It was the same when shops were seen on my profile.

@joana  I get that often - I just refresh and it goes to 100%. Nothing to worry about. Just one of those quirks

Good to knows that it' s nothing serious but it's still weird and I'm curious why this is happening.

This has been happening to me for years. I only have one account.
