request error

when wanting to make "another kitchen towel" on design completion, I am getting this error message:

Thanks, Mark. I ended up deleting it but found a work around so I didn't have the issue anymore. From the product page if I clicked on it to try to go in and edit, I would get the error message but in order to keep the artwork in tact I did "transfer design" in the drop down from the product page and it allowed me access to it. I just transferred it to a new invite and then that one worked fine. Really weird. This has happened to me in the past, too, and before I figured out the workaround I just recreated the designs instead.
