Has Something Changed with the "None" Category

I had three customers come in today as a "none" and, as you will see below -- and the 3rd is the same -- I did not get the anticipated 10% from the sale.  On the 22nd, with a "none" I did receive the full 10%.
Is this a system error today that can be corrected or has something changed?
Thanks,  Vivian

You're not alone. Check out this thread: Wrong Final Amount for Sale - Zazzle

thanks -- I just checked it out -- once upon a time in my work life I business responsibility for a billing system -- so it isn't hard to recognize when something doesn't make sense.

do you think this should also be posted in the Technical Forum as a possible system problem?

I think the Mods read everything posted anywhere. Because even if they don't chime in you can see them moving posts and combining threads or locking them. I think this should be addressed in the Tech forum as I think that one carries more significance to them, but that would create a 3rd thread on same issue. But they can just combine threads or lock these other two. 😉  From the people who have so far commented, it appears this issue of sales being labeled as NONE but being charged as 3rd Party ones started on the 23rd.

Here are my earnings today with "none" in the Referred column. The earnings amounts look low.

Yes, they do -- you are not getting your full amount. (the top two look like 10% and the bottom even a tad less than that).   I've just done a separate post to Heather and if I don't hear from anyone, I'll go on the technical forum but it needs to be addressed.  I've come to the conclusion that "none" probably is a link that has expired as a "self" and so is pure enough to be None (seems as good as conclusion as any) -- which would mean it is still our link and not a 3rd party link.

I can't comment for that third sale there as it was transferred and those use whatever your account-wide default royalty rate is, but the first two do match up exactly to being charged as referred sales in the 40% bracket.

But one would earn the same ROYALTY regardless of it being 3rdP or Self-Referred. Maybe I missed it or maybe it was just supposed to be implied, but none of the other comments mentioned anything about checking for a correlating Referral. If there's a correlating referral then these are Self and being calculated correctly, they're just being labeled wrong as None.  Which I could sort of understand if as said, they're updating the "reports" behind the scenes and changing labels. Anyway it goes, there's a disturbing mismatch between labels and the expected calculations for them and Zazzle needs to weigh in ASAP as they are eroding trust the longer it goes unaddressed.

I checked mine, and the 'None' referrals (that have been charged as third-party referred sales) aren't showing up in my referral history with correlating self-referrals. So they don't appear to be mislabeled self-referrals.

Thank you for having a look and weighing in. I would love to hear from Zazzle on the labeling issue.

I’ve seen this happen too with the 10% royalty.  Unless I’m misunderstanding, the Ambassador Program shouldn’t apply the marketing fee to anything earning 10% or less—just to third-party sales where 20% is taken off.  Could this be a system issue? Because I’m not receiving my 10% either, even after a 3rd-party sale.  I'm getting much more than 20% being taken off my royalty.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Over the past two days, I've had numerous sales marked as "None," and the amounts received are consistently lower than expected.
