Proseller/designer/creator? Support?

The email addy used to be prosellersupport, then it was prodesignersupport but now that we're "creators" I have no idea if that's changed. I sent a message to prodesignersupport nearly a week ago with no response. 

Anyone have the correct contact email?

I had an email from prodesigner support bounce back but proseller email still go through. Hit and miss whether one gets a reply.

Pro support is not what it used to be..  😞   also are we ever going to get our  pro forums back ?  What happened to the extra  support  we used to get for achieving  elite pro status ?
